Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jovar mobile application ("App") operated by Jovar ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the App.

Description of Service

Jovar is a social dance application that allows users to:

• Create and share dance videos and photos
• Discover dance content through personalized feeds
• Connect with other dancers and dance enthusiasts
• Browse dance content by categories and styles
• Interact with content through likes, comments, and follows
• Build a personal dance profile and portfolio

Our App provides a platform for the dance community to showcase talent, discover new content, and connect with like-minded individuals.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

To use certain features of our App, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You may only create one account per person
• You may not create accounts for others
• You must use a valid email address

User Content and Conduct

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and share on Jovar. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within our App.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or adult material
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains spam, malware, or malicious code
• Is misleading, false, or deceptive
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates others
• Contains personal information of others without consent

User Conduct

You agree to use our App responsibly and not to:

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to access the App
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Engage in any form of harassment or bullying
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jovar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

You retain all rights to your original content. However, by using our App, you grant us a limited license to use your content to provide our services.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and content
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Service Disclaimer

Our App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jovar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of the App and any content you create or share. You assume all risks associated with your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jovar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you post or share

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Jovar individually. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms will remain in full force and effect.
